Jim Connors has been an integral member of the NYS ThinkBright Network team. From helping guide WNED-TV through its digital transition over the years, to developing new broadcast automation integration procedures JC has worked closely within the broadcast industry for the past 14 years.

Aside from his technical abilities JC has gone on to provide quality programming critiques and solid production consultation through ThinkBright TV, scheduling programs for daily New York State wide broadcast. Most recently he was chosen to be a judge for the 2008 ACE FILM FESTIVAL, and as of July 1st 2008 was promoted to Program Manager of NYS ThinkBright & WNED ThinkBright TV.

Poorhouse Skateboards - Laguna Beach, CA. Independent Design Consultant, in charge of skateboard and merchandise design & creation.

WNED ThinkBright TV – Buffalo, NY. Program Coordinator assisted with the broadcast design & schedule creation for the launch of this local service.

Bridges Television Network – Orchard Park, NY. Program Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, & Traffic Manager. Helped create the operational infrastructure, and launch this National television network.

WNED TV – Buffalo, NY/Toronto, ON. Traffic Manager & Videotape archivist.

USMC – Non-Commissioned Officer in charge of Cryptographic Materials & Radio Operator. JC also hosted a closed circut radio program during this time.
